Cancellation Policy:

سياسة الغياب والإلغاء

• Fees are non refundable in case of cancellation.

• رسوم التسجيل غير مستردة في حال إلغاء المشترك/ المشتركة التسجيل في المخيم الصيفي

• In case a kid misses a session, we will not be able to reimburse the cost of the session.

• في حال غیاب الطفل/ة عن أحد أيام المخيم، لا يتكفل البرنامج بأي تعويض مادي

• ArabyOn reserves the right to cancel the camp in full or specific days and refund the registration fees in case of any circumstances (low enrollment, weather, emergency, etc.).

• تحتفظ عربيٌّ بالحق في إلغاء المخيم أو يوم من أيامه وإرجاع رسوم التسجيل لأي ظرف كان (نسبة تسجيل منخفضة أو ظروف لها علاقة بالطقس أو حالات طارئة أو غير ذلك)

Photography Policy:

• Children joining the summer camp, whose names are listed above, may be photographed and/or filmed during camp activities. Through joining the summer camp you automatically consent to the use of your children's photographs and videos during the camping tripsummer camp on ArabyOn's website, social media and on its promotional material either in print or digitally.

• عند التسجيل في المخيم الصيفي، فإنك توافقين/توافق على استخدام صور ومقاطع فيديو لأطفالك أثناء المخيم على موقعنا الالكتروني ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وموادنا الترويجية الأخرى الرقمية والمطبوعة

Liability Waiver:

• By submitting this registration form, I waive any right to claim against ArabyOn's owners and teachers in the event of an accident, injury, or loss or damage of personal items and property.

• عند تسجيل أطفالي في المخيم الصيفي، فإنني أتخلى عن أي حق في تقديم مطالبة قانونية ضد مالكي عربيٌّ ومعلماته في حال وقوع حادث أو إصابة أو فقدان أو تلف للممتلكات أو الأغراض الشخصية
